When is Black Friday 2023?
This year, Black Friday takes place on Friday, November 24. It's the day after Thanksgiving and almost exactly one month before Christmas Day. This gives you enough time for your orders to be shipped to you—plus any time needed to wrap presents.
When is Cyber Monday 2023?
Cyber Monday is always the Monday after Thanksgiving, which makes it November 27 this year. This is a day when online retailers offer large discounts and is the online equivalent of Black Friday.
When to look for Black Friday deals
The short answer is "right now". Even though Black Friday is over, many brands are offering equal or better deals here on Cyber Monday. And a select few brands (like CRBN) are extending their deals past Cyber Monday.
What are the best Black Friday pickleball deals in 2023?
It's difficult to predict what the best bargains will be this year. That said, PCKL, Nettie, and Selkirk had some of the best Prime Day deals this year with savings of over 20%. As the big brands announce their deals, I'll be adding them to the list above.
Are Black Friday deals actually worth it?
We all know that brands can be a little misleading with their Black Friday deals. Some increase their prices briefly in the run-up, before dropping them again so it looks like a discount.

FAQs
The name Black Friday dates back to the 1960s and has its roots in Philadelphia. There, the city became so swamped by people and traffic that police officers named it "Black Friday".
As the name caught on, merchants eventually adapted the story to say that this was the first day of the year when they would begin to turn a profit for the year (i.e. be "in the black").
It depends on what you're buying. For tech and smaller items bought online, Cyber Monday has the best deals. Black Friday has the best deals for bigger ticket items and products bought in-store.
