When your own DUPR Club ID is selected, scores go to your club on DUPR. Players don't need to give consent through Pickleheads, and you can edit or remove scores within DUPR.
Without your club linked, scores go through the Pickleheads DUPR club, and every player has to consent before their scores can be sent.
Setup has two parts: a one-time step on DUPR, then connecting your account and picking your club on Pickleheads. Here's how to set it up.
For how DUPR events work on Pickleheads, see How DUPR works on Pickleheads.
Before you start
You need a DUPR account that's a Director or Organizer of your club on DUPR. A personal DUPR account is fine, as long as it has that role.
Don't have a DUPR club yet? Create one at dupr.com/clubs.
On DUPR: set up two-factor login
DUPR asks club directors to set up two-factor login before connecting their account to another app like Pickleheads. You only do this once, and this video from DUPR walks through it.

1. Set up an authenticator app
Log in at dupr.com with the account that runs your club and go to Security. Under Two-Factor Authentication, click Set up authenticator.

We recommend Google Authenticator, the app DUPR's video uses. Download it on your phone, scan the QR code with the app, then enter the 6-digit code it shows.
2. Make sure you can log in
Log out of DUPR and back in with the 6-digit code from your app. If that works, you're ready for Pickleheads.
💡 Good to know: Use an authenticator app, not a passkey. DUPR doesn't allow passkeys for logins from other apps, so linking fails with "Passkeys are not available for third-party logins, set up an authenticator app."
On Pickleheads: connect your DUPR and select your club
3. Connect your DUPR account
Log in to Pickleheads with the account you organize with. For a CourtReserve integration, use an account that manages the integration.
On the web, open your profile menu and go to Profile & Rating, then tap Connect your DUPR ID. In the app, open your profile menu, go to Rating and tap Connect your DUPR ID?
The Link your DUPR Account window opens DUPR's login. Check the consent box and accept, log in with your club's DUPR account, then enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
When you see "Your DUPR account has been successfully linked," you're connected.

4. Select your DUPR Club ID
Your club now shows up in the DUPR Club ID dropdown, listed as your club name with its ID. Where you select it depends on how you run your events.
Where to select your club
If you run events through CourtReserve
Set it once in your integration. On the web, go to Subscriptions, open your facility integration and tap Manage. Under Session settings, choose your club under DUPR Club ID.
That's the only place you need to set it. Every session and league from the integration uses your club, and existing sessions switch over too, as long as their scores haven't been sent to DUPR yet.
To make an event DUPR-rated, use either platform: add the DUPR rating restriction to the event in CourtReserve, or edit the session on Pickleheads and set DUPR required? to yes.

If you run a league on Pickleheads
Set it once in your league. In your league setup on the web, go to Skill Level, set DUPR required? to yes and choose your club under DUPR Club ID. Every session in the league uses it.
If you create sessions on Pickleheads
Set it on each session. Create or edit the session, go to Skill level and set DUPR required? to yes. Then choose your club under DUPR Club ID and pick your Scoring.

A repeating session uses your club for every date. When you create a new session, select your club again.
Ready to send scores to your club
When your round robin ends, tap Send scores to DUPR in the app. It shows up on sessions with DUPR required? turned on, and your club is already selected.
Set up the authenticator app on DUPR once, connect that DUPR account on Pickleheads, and select your club in your integration, league or session. You're good to go.
