If you're shopping for a new paddle, pickleball bag, accessories, or new clothes for the courts, you'll find some of the best deals all year on Black Friday. You might be wondering, though—are Black Friday deals worth it?

Black Friday is such a popular sale tradition that brands really do compete to offer the best value. So, Black Friday deals are worth it, but you need to know what to look for.

Here at Pickleheads, we always make sure to keep our readers informed of the best deals. This year, the big event takes place on Friday, November 29. You can check our full list of Black Friday pickleball deals for the most comprehensive list of savings once they're announced.

Which Black Friday pickleball deals are actually worth it?

I've put together a list of the very best Black Friday pickleball deals to help you get started. I've personally tested all of these products and rated them highly. I'll go more into what I look for in a deal below.

Save 20%

Six Zero deals

This Black Friday, Six Zero is offering 20% off across their entire product range. This is a big improvement on their sale last year (limited to a few select paddles). Why not grab a bargain on some of the best pickleball paddles on the market or maybe some new pickleball accessories?
Deal: 20% off across their store
When: Black Friday to Cyber Monday

Friday Original deal

Friday already offers one of the best deals ever on a pickleball set with their 2-for-$98 deal on the Friday Original. This Black Friday year, you can get another $10 off. If you're just starting out and want to learn with a friend, this is the best beginner paddle on the market. You can get it now at its lowest-ever price.
Deal: 2 paddles for $88 with a free Friday hat
When: Black Friday

Save 20%

Vatic Pro

Vatic Pro is offering 20% on two of their best paddles: the Vatic Pro Flash and PRISM Flash, both long-time favorites of mine. The Flash ($119.99 $95.99) is one of the best intermediate paddles, while the PRISM Flash ($99.99 $79.99) is a great budget option if you want to save even more this Black Friday.

Selkirk deals

Selkirk is upping their game this year with their three bundle options. Depending on how much you spend, they're offering a package of free extras. This is a big improvement over their deal last year, which included 20-33% off selected paddles (still a great deal but this bundle offering is really unique).
Deal: spend $150/$250/$350+ & receive a free bundle
When: November 27–December 1

Used machines at $50 off

Sports Tutor deals

Sports Tutor is offering a great deal on their used/demo machines, all of which are tuned up with a 3-year warranty. This is a really affordable option as many of the best pickleball machines come at a premium price, especially the $1,799 Erne (which is only reduced by $100 this Black Friday—their usual year-round deal).
Deal: use code PICKLEHEADS for an extra $50 off the demo price + free shipping (to the lower 48)
When: Black Friday

What were the best deals last year?

Last year, we saw great pickleball savings on Black Friday from top brands like JOOLA, CRBN, and Selkirk. It's great to see those big names returning for Black Friday 2024, as well as plenty of newer brands like Friday and ProXR Pickleball.

Most of the deals from last year have changed for 2024, and some are even better. For example, Six Zero offered 20% off select paddles last year, including their bestselling Six Zero DBD Control. This year, though, they're extending their 20% discount to their entire site.

Check out last year's Black Friday deals:

Product Deal Deal 2023
JOOLA 15% off (selected paddles)
CRBN 25% off (selected paddles)
Selkirk 20-33% off (plus free hat & balls on selected paddles)
Paddletek 15% off (selected paddles)
Bread & Butter 20-30% off (selected paddles)
Bison 20% off (selected paddles)
Nettie 20% off (selected paddles)
Volair 15% off (selected paddles)
Ronbus $30-50 off (selected paddles)
Diadem 30% off (selected paddles)
Erne $100 off the Erne pickleball machine
Vatic Pro $20 off (selected paddles)
Six Zero 20% off (selected paddles)
Pickleball Central 20-35% off (across brands)

How I choose the best pickleball paddles

I choose the best deals on pickleball paddles based on a few factors. Firstly, is it a paddle that I recommend and has someone at Pickleheads actually tested it? Is it featured on one of our best pickleball paddles lists?

Next, I check if the price has gone down by much. Is it a deal that's actually worth shouting out? I've been tracking paddle prices for the past couple of months to see which ones are truly lowering their prices.

Lastly, Pickleheads has exclusive discount codes for a huge range of paddles, gear, accessories, and clothing. If you're able to use our code in conjunction with a Black Friday deal, you can save even more money.

Bottom line

If you're shopping for pickleball paddles, gear, clothing, or accessories on Black Friday 2024, I hope I've helped you find some great deals. Don't forget that you can combine some of these deals with our exclusive discounts for big savings.
