All Ages and Skill Levels Welcome – Everyone is invited to join in, from beginners to experienced players. Organized Matches – Games will be arranged to suit different skill levels for maximum enjoyment. Equipment Supplied – Paddles and balls are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own gear. ## What to Bring -Athletic clothing and appropriate footwear. -A water bottle to keep hydrated. -A folding chair or blanket, as seating is limited. -Enthusiasm and a smile! ## Paddle Queuing System 1. Place Your Paddle: Put your paddle in a rack and remember the group number designed to that rack (if you require a more beginner friendly game - please let our hosts know!) 2. Wait Your Turn: When a court opens, the host will call the next group of paddles to jump on and play 3. After Your Game: Come off the court and when you are ready for your next game, place your paddle into a rack with free spots and wait for your group to be called again. ## Prepaid System 1. Pay via Pickleheads: Upon signing up, you’ll be instructed to pay via Pickleheads. A service fee will be added (we are sorry). a) If you aren’t a fan off the fee, we do have an alternative available in our whatsapp group community chat where you can pay $15 for the session 2. Refund Policy: We’ll have a 24-hour refund policy, no questions asked. We understand that life gets busy & things happen, so we will be pretty liberal with this; just DM myself, Chris, or Les if you’re inside the refund window. 3. Cancellation Policy: If the event is cancelled due to rain/wind/tournaments, we will move it to the week following. If so, everyone who is signed up will be signed up for the following week; if anyone would like a refund, they will be entitled to it, no questions asked. ## Disclaimer By RSVPing, you acknowledge and accept all risks of injury or property damage.
